Kung Fu Panda

Proposed Designs for the Kung Fu panda DVD. These are adaptations of designs from the movie. My job was to simplify and stylize the existing designs so that they were younger and would work in 2D animation. color styling by Nick Hewitt.

I animated this when Andy Knight went on holiday, he gave me the poem and said have at it. When he got back we added the Live action and Linzi Knight did the type/graphics in post. It won the shorts prize at the Animation celebration.

Here's a pilot I worked on back in the day as an animator at Red Rover in London. Mike Burgess and Andy Knight came up with the concept that got made into a show, largely due to this spot

I love the way linetest's look, real loose. these were done for back when Ren and Stimpy inspired alot of shows.
